Event & Catering Policies
Package Rates
Two package rates are for in-house catering only. Buffet Table Setup with Standard Floral or Balloon Centerpiece — Buffet Assisted Service only.
Plate service for VIP guests is subject to additional charges.
Reserve Charge — 3 Hours
The package reserve charge covers three (3) hours.
- ₱1,000 per additional hour or fraction thereof.
- Overtime fee: ₱75.00/hour per service staff.
First three (3) hours:
Drinks Inclusion
One (1) round of drinks is included in the SVP menu.
₱50.00/head for Bottomless Drink upgrade.
Kiddie Meal
Rice, Fried Chicken, Spaghetti & Drink.
₱250/head — Minimum of 10 pax.
Outside Food Policy
Clients are not allowed to bring food from other sources unless stated in the contract.
The client is responsible for any issues caused by outside food.
Equipment & Outside Suppliers
₱500.00/equipment for extra audio/video — projector, TV, laptop, videoke, sound system, lighting, etc.
Outside suppliers (host/emcee, stylists, grazing carts, etc.) are subject to a fee.
Lechon Fee
₱500.00 for carving, chopping, and storage.
Corkage — Alcoholic Drinks
- 1 liter and below — ₱200.00
- Above 1 liter — ₱350.00

Payment Terms
Payment Terms
Reservation Fee of ₱3,000 is required upon booking. NON-REFUNDABLE.
NO RESERVATION FEE, NO BOOKING.
Downpayment of 50% of total contract price is required at least 14 days before the event.
Full payment due 7 days before the event date.
Cash, GCash, and Bank Transfer payment accepted.

Cancellation & Safety
Cancellation / Postponement
Cancellation or postponement 7 days before the scheduled event is subject to a charge.
Cancellation/postponement less than 7 days before the event results in forfeiture of 75% of the total contract price.
ATF Guidelines & Safety Protocol
ATF Guidelines & Safety Protocol for COVID Prevention & Control shall be strictly observed at all times during the event.
